Business Analyst – Core System Transformation - Outside IR35 - Hybrid options available We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in core system transformations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a background in regulated industries such as legal, banking or insurance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes for key system transformation project Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure project alignment. Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support change management and user adoption strategies. Requirements: Experience in core system upgrades.
