ADA are partnered with a Manchester based Consultancy that deliver exceptional web and mobile applications, who are looking to scale their team. Role: Software Engineer ?? Salary: Up to £55k DOE ?? Industry: Consultancy Location: Manchester (once a week in the office) ??Company: The SME are currently in the process of scaling up their technology team due to recent project successes and commercial growth. This a great opportunity to manage, and work, on several greenfield projects for a business as move to the next phase of their growth. Whilst most of their backend projects were previously built in PHP, the business is now exclusively moving over to Node.JS Your day to day will be spent working with React/Node, building the backends for their client projects, helping to bring to life different visions for your projects. This role is Altrincham and you can work in a relaxed remote fashion (1 day per week) You can expect a salary of up to £55,000 28 days holiday, a training budget, pension & bonus, amongst other benefits.  Expect autonomy, progressions options, with training budget. Most are promoted internally. You? You’d join a team of backend, frontend and designers, reporting directly into their CEO. Our ideal candidate is a Frontend Developer with excellent experience in JavaScript, React.js, GraphQL, HTML, alongside a background working in a small team. Responsibilities Build projects/apps using React and Node Ensure best practices and quality, using state-of-the-art technologies Work as part of a 3 monthly rota (2 on projects 1 on tickets) Work in a tight knit, focused development team Deliver high end development projects for our clients Write clean, testable and scalable code Guide/help junior peersDemonstrable experience; Experience with Node.Js and React.Js Experience with PHP/Laravel is a bonus Experience with GraphQL End-to-end SDLC experienceWe understand that job adverts only give a snapshot of the role, so we know you will have plenty of questions.
