Network IT a looking for Service Desk Analyst for one of our clients based in Weston-Super-Mare. The role is to join a flourishing business that are looking to expand their Service Desk. This role would be great for anyone that has hands on experience on a Service Desk dealing with 1st Line problems via email and telephone.
Key Responsibilities
Have experience of working in a customer facing role such as a Service Desk.
Have experience of Service Desk software such as Heat/Service Now/FreshService.
Be experienced in supporting MS Windows (10 & 11), MS Office 365 and Teams.
Possess a pleasant manner with the ability to build a rapport with people at all levels.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
