Agile Delivery Manager Umbrella contract, Hampshire / Hybrid 6 months, start ASAP Agile Delivery, Digital Transformation, Mobile Apps A global client of ours, with its UK headquarters in Hampshire are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to deliver its very first customer mobile application. They client is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with the following skills and experience: Proven experience in delivering projects by breaking down complex work into smaller, iterative chunks that deliver incremental value to customers. Ability to reduce complexity and risk, delivering functioning features sooner, and achieving faster feedback cycles. Experience working with both offshore and onshore teams, ensuring effective collaboration across locations. Skilled in using metrics from Jira to track team performance, provide data-driven insights, and demonstrate improvement over time. Ability to drive progress forward and ensure the team stays on track with delivery goals - this role is not a Scrum Coach position. Experience guiding and supporting teams in managing delivery plans and ensuring work is focused on delivering one task before moving onto the next. Familiarity with limiting work-in-progress (WIP) and encouraging swarming behaviour to complete tasks efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including a Senior Product Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst, within a Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will have worked on the development of customer mobile apps. B2C experience is essential for this role.
