Job Requirements / Description
Service Desk Analyst - City, London
Hybrid working - 3 days a week in their offices in the City of London and the remainder remotely.
With 2 years experience working on a Service Desk you will have the following experience:-
* Excellent customer facing experience
* Supporting Microsoft products
* MS Office 365
* Active Directory and Exchange administration
* Good hardware and software support
* Strong analyitcal and problem solving skills and ability to work in a structure methodical manner
Working in a team you will be involved in the following:-
* Log all IT incidents or requests in Call Management System
* Assist in the resolution of 1st and 2nd Line IT incidents or request
* Undertake work on Projects and indicatives as directed by the IT Service Desk Manager
* Liaise with 3rd Party provider when required
* Responsible for managing call queue and reporting status back to Service Desk Manager
This role is inside IR35 and will be paid via an Umbrella Ltd Company
