Senior Desktop Support

Desktop Support Analyst Buckingham Permanent Up £35,000   Network IT a looking for a Desktop Support Analyst for one of our clients based in Buckingham. The role is to join a flourishing organisation that are looking to expand their Support team. This role would be great for anyone that has hands on experience on experience of Desktop support and customer service.   Key Responsibilities Previous experience working on a Service Desk or as part of a Desktop Support team. Have experience of working in a customer facing application role. Have experience of Windows Server, Windows 10. Be experienced in supporting MS Windows (10 & 11), MS Office 365 and Teams. Possess a pleasant manner with the ability to build a rapport with people at all levels. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.A full JD is available upon request
