EMEA Product Manager

Product Manager - EMEA Hybrid: Milton Keynes (1-2 days per week) Are you an experienced Product Manager looking to take on an exciting and dynamic role within a global leader in the fibre optics industry? We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Product Manager to manage the full lifecycle of products across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll shape the product portfolio, from concept development through to market introduction, working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation, optimise product costs, and deliver high-quality products that meet both regional and global market needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a regional product roadmap aligned with global strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and product opportunities. Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring profitability and market relevance. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure successful product launches. Develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure products comply with international standards. Track product performance and regularly report key metrics to stakeholders. Travel as required to meet with teams, clients, and suppliers. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in product management, particularly in telecommunications or optical networking. Proven track record of driving product revenue growth and profitability. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work effectively in a matrix and global environment. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience in product management or a related field. Certifications in product management or agile methodologies are a plus. Why Join Us?
