Overview:
We are looking for an Oracle Commercial Licensing Expert to deliver a strategic piece of work on a greenfield programme. The role focuses on mapping out Oracle licenses for the upgrade from Oracle 11g on-premises to Oracle cloud.

You will be working closely with the Managed Service Provider, the client, and Oracle to negotiate and deliver the licensing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the licensing strategy for the Oracle upgrade.
• Map out Oracle licenses for the transition to Oracle Cloud.
• Negotiate commercial terms and optimize the licensing model.
• Work with MSP, the client, and Oracle stakeholders to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in Oracle commercial licensing and licensing models.
• Experience with large-scale Oracle upgrades and cloud transitions.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
