This is a great opportunity for an experienced 1st Line Support Technician to join a large company with multiple sites. The general duties will be to support your colleagues with any IT queries that they may have on a daily basis. To include:- * Provide 1st line support via the IT Help Desk, ensuring adherence to SLA’s * Providing exceptional service to our staff and representing the company's business support function in a professional manner * Work with users to resolve a variety of IT faults and requests within agreed timescales * Installation of new equipment and providing assistance with IT moves * Troubleshooting issues that cannot be resolved to 2nd line support * Ensure accurate record keeping * Assist the team with various other duties If you would like to work for a professional company in this role and can demonstrate professionalism, good standard of education and experience as an IT Support Technician apply today
