Internal Communications Manager, Networks ???? Location: Whitechapel, London ???? (hybrid working - 3 days pw onsite) ? Contract until 31 December 2024 ?? initially ?? £450 - £537 per day ?? (inside IR35 via umbrella) ?? Join our client's dynamic and transformative Networks unit! As our Internal Communications Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and telling our client's technology agenda and creating a community of advocates. ?? ?? Our client, a leading organisation in the technology industry, is undergoing significant change as they strive to achieve their vision for the future. The Networks unit is pivotal in driving network strategy, transformation, and the modernisation of both their mobile and fixed network assets. With a team of approximately 7,500 passionate colleagues, engineering is at the heart of what they do. ?? ?? What You'll Do: Lead and deliver impactful communications projects and campaigns, covering a broad range of topics such as networks, security, and inclusion initiatives. Ensure that communicated content aligns with the organisation's brand and effectively drives advocacy among employees and the wider audience. Collaborate with the corporate communications teams to adapt and enhance communications for the Networks audience, always seeking new ways to improve and innovate. Contribute as a core member of the Networks internal communications team, leading on key elements of the Networks-wide plan and providing valuable insights and ideas. ?? What We're Looking For: A seasoned communications expert with a track record of success. Strong strategic and planning skills, able to manage multiple plans and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Collaborative mindset, adept at working with colleagues across all levels of the organisation. Excellent stakeholder management abilities, comfortable engaging with senior leadership. The ability to simplify complex technical and corporate language into engaging communications that resonate with colleagues. Demonstrable understanding of internal communications and the telecommunications industry. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and strategizing. ??
