2nd Line MSP IT Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Line MSP IT Engineer to join a dynamic Managed Service Provider based in Middlesbrough. This role involves providing technical support across various client sites, delivering BAU support, contributing to project initiatives, and supporting the service desk in a 2nd Line capacity. 2nd Line MSP IT Engineer Middlesbrough/Onsite £27,000 - £37,000 Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for technical support escalations from 1st line support engineers. Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and systems at client sites. Conduct onsite visits across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas to resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively, requiring a valid driving license. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, including system upgrades, migrations, and installations. Monitor and maintain client environments, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively. Document all support activities, configurations, and client interactions accurately.
