Bridge Technology Partners are partnering exclusively with a FTSE100 Retailer to help them find a Lead Developer.  Job Title: Lead Developer Location: Wakefield  Salary to £70,000 + awesome benefits Full-time/permanent - hybrid working with 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office Want to be part of a global business that's growing. Your focus will be on developing and supporting systems that ensure operations continue to remain unrivalled.  You will be working within a team who work in a distributed microservice architecture, developing and supporting code in around 15+ services. These services communicate in a loosely coupled fashion using Azure Service Bus, operational data is stored in Azure Cosmos DB a highly scalable NoSQL database and aggregations for reporting and unique business requirements are stored in Azure SQL Server.  The team hosts the majority of their services in AKS, with a few services running in Azure App Service & Azure functions. The team are also keen on observability, looking at the cutting edge of monitoring solutions, making use of open telemetry. Tech stack wise the team uses: .NET 8 Blazor Azure Service Bus Azure Cosmos DB and SQL server Kuberenetes Docker Terraform Bicep Open Telemetry  So if you’re an expert in this field, have strong communication skills and considerable C#/.NET knowledge, work with initiative and can build great working relationships within the business, this is the place for you – and your career
