AV Engineer

An award winning Managed Service Provider are seeking a Junior / Mid-Level AV Engineer to join their growing team. This Engineer will work closely with one of the company's more senior figures, becoming their trusted right-hand person. Requirements: Must Have: * Working knowledge and experience of Extron and Crestron systems, particularly in commercial AV settings (e.g., meeting rooms, auditoriums, or corporate environments) * Experience with AV system integration in large-scale commercial projects, including setting up video conferencing systems, digital signage, and AV control systems * Familiarity with commercial AV standards and the ability to troubleshoot, test, and maintain AV systems in high-demand environments Nice to Have: * Certifications such as CTS, Extron, Crestron, or InfoComm * Experience with corporate audio systems, including conference room sound setups, ceiling microphones, and DSP (Digital Signal Processing) solutions * Knowledge of display technologies used in commercial settings, including video walls, projection systems, and touchscreen displays * Basic networking knowledge, particularly related to AV-over-IP, video streaming, and device connectivity in large commercial networks * Experience with remote monitoring and management tools for AV systems, enabling proactive troubleshooting and maintenance Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Bonus Location: London This is a great opportunity to grow within a company that is committed to developing its staff while offering competitive compensation.
