Would you like to work with a Microsoft AZURE hosting platform which has a mix of cloud and physical infrastructure so you can develop all aspects of technical support?

Key features of the role and experience that will help you excel:
This role requires 1st and 2nd line application support experience.
We want a great communicator! You will be experienced with both internal and client-facing situations
You have experience of working on an IT Service Desk
You are a people person. You enjoy establishing and maintaining relationships, internally and with clients – You are a strong team player!
You enjoy solving problems and can be pragmatic when needed
You have a passion for technology and both the hunger and ability to pick up knowledge quickly.
Ability to manage time, prioritize work under pressure and complete multiple tasks effectively.
You are a talented troubleshooter
Knowledge of windows operating systems and some server experience would be beneficial
An understanding of Hosted platforms and qualifications in the Microsoft development stack are not required but would give you an advantage in the role.
