IT Vendor Manager   My client is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to develop and manage their vendor management framework and policies. The ideal candidate will have strong IT vendor management, contract negotiation, and risk management experience. You will lead vendor selection, evaluation, and performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), driving strategic improvements, and optimising costs.   Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire vendor lifecycle from selection to onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract enforcement   Negotiate contracts and SLAs, ensuring favourable terms   Establish vendor performance metrics focused on quality, cost, and timely delivery   Conduct vendor reviews and audits, identifying risks and addressing issues   Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor management with the company’s strategic goals   Stay updated on industry trends in vendor management   Skills & Experience: Proven experience in vendor management, IT outsourcing, or procurement   Expertise in contract negotiation and risk management   Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills   Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities   Benefits: Hybrid working   Health Plan (includes private health and travel insurance, gym discounts)   Medicash health plan   28 days holiday + 3 additional bank holidays and more   Life assurance and income protection insurance   Interested?
