Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of RF subsystems and antenna systems for applications such as SATCOM and electronic warfare.
- Develop and integrate RF subsystems, active antennas, and phased arrays across a range of frequencies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers in the team.
- Ensure designs meet strict performance and reliability standards required in defence and aerospace applications.Key Requirements:
