NEC Contract Management Consultant

Job description: NEC Contract Management Consultant Location: London, Hybrid Duration 6 months Day rate: £(Apply online only) per day (outside IR35) Our client, a specialist procurement consulting organisation has identified a requirement for a Contract Management Consultant to help develop the core and compliant Capital Contract Management processes for a large government client. Candidates should ideally be SC cleared or in a position to obtain security clearance (UK Passport holder, 5+ years UK residence). Experience & Knowledge required * Strong understanding & experience of public procurement regulations * Knowledge of NEC Contracts (NEC3 and/or NEC4) * Experience of large infrastructure programmes * Experience of CEMAR (Contract Management solution) preferably as an Administrator on the client side. * Understanding of wider Contract Lifecycle Management processes and systems (OPEX and CAPEX) Skills required: * Able to map business processes using BPMN standards * Can challenge existing processes and drive simplification * Able to systemise and drive consistent use of systems in a large complex organisation. Ideally SC cleared or in a position to obtain. (UK Passport holder, 5 years UK residence)
