Product Owner - People Systems

In this leadership position within the Technology Services department, you'll drive the enhancement of People Systems, encompassing HR, Payroll, Rostering, Document Management, Learning & Performance, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, and more. Collaborating with both the product team and business stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in refining our services to meet customer needs and elevate the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between business and development teams.
• Shape and execute the product vision with a structured roadmap.
• Approve user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work closely with BAs and ensure readiness for development.
