IT/ Computing Graduate

Secondary School in wandsworth Full Time (5 Days per week) Long term Temporary contract Key Responsibilities: Support the IT Network Manager in maintaining and developing the school's IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Admin Console. Manage access to resources and ensure security compliance, including data protection and GDPR. Provide classroom support, ensuring ICT equipment is available and operational for lessons and events. Maintain hardware and software inventory and assist with equipment installations and repairs. Monitor backup systems and disaster recovery procedures. Requirements: Hands-on experience with Microsoft client and server systems, networking, virtualisation (preferably VMware), and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and content filtering systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
