It Support Engineer

We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based organisation. They are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. Key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining the IT systems * Providing 2nd/3rd line support for more complex issues * Identifying the need for and implementing system upgrades * Undertake and be involved in IT project work * Liaising with outsourced IT providers when required * Building, installing, and supporting windows servers The successful candidate will have: * Experience in similar role (at least 3 years expreince) * Proficient in Windows Server, O365, Azure, SQL, Hyper-V, Powershell and Intune * Experience with installation/configuration of networks * Excellent troubleshooting abilities * Strong communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Sam ASAP or apply via this advert!
