Programme Director – Outside IR35 - Hybrid options available We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead large-scale core system transformations and upgrades. This role requires strategic oversight and deep technical knowledge, particularly in regulated sectors like banking, legal, or insurance. Key Responsibilities: Lead core system transformation initiatives from inception to delivery. Manage complex stakeholder environments across multiple business functions. Oversee budget, timelines, and project risks. Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate potential system disruptions. Requirements: Proven experience in core system upgrades/transformations. Background in banking, legal, insurance or similar regulated environments. Strong leadership and project management skills.
