The Principle Front End Developer will be responsible for: * Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, setting technical standards and ensuring high-quality code. * Collaborate closely with architects to design and enhance the system architecture. * Remain hands-on in development, working primarily with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. * Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative technologies within the team. * Ensure the application remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly. The Principle Front End Developer will have: * Extensive experience in front-end development with a deep understanding of React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. * Proven track record in technical leadership and setting standards for development teams. * Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with architects and other stakeholders. * Experience in financial services is highly desirable, but candidates from other industries will also be considered. * Knowledge of AWS is a plus, though not essential.
