Head of Governance & Reporting - GRC, CISM, Risk

Up to £1100 per day (Inside IR35) London / Hybrid (2 days a week onsite) 6 months My client is an instantly recognisable organisation who urgently require a Head of Governance & Reporting to join a business-critical programme. Key Requirements: Proven experience working as the Head of Governance & Reporting in large, complex organisations. Previously developed and implemented governance frameworks, policies and procedures. Proven leadership skills within the governance, risk and compliance space. The ability to be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices. The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams. Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools. The ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks in line with governance and reporting. Nice to have: Previous insurance industry experience A Master's degree or professional certification (i.e. CISA, CISM, CGEIT)If interested, with relevant experience, please apply with your latest CV.
