IT Support Analyst Contract Duration: 1 month initially Location: Chessington IT Support Analyst required for an initial 1-month contract role with a potential to convert to permanent. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing strong 1st and 2nd line online support, with a focus on achieving a first-time fix. You will be supporting a range of technologies including Microsoft operating systems, Windows 10, Office 365, legacy apps and printers, Day-to-day of the role: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end-users for all desktop, hardware, and software issues. Strive for a first-time fix resolution to all user queries and technical issues. Maintain and support Microsoft operating systems, primarily Windows 10. Assist with Office 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and user access. Respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with users. Support and troubleshoot issues with printers and other peripheral devices.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support roles, delivering 1st and 2nd line support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10. Proficiency with Office 365 applications. Experience with printer support and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
