They are looking for a Senior IT Technician to join their enterprise level IT department. As the Senior IT Technician, you will perform remote and onsite support to customers through a ticketing system, resolving incidents and service requests quickly and efficiently. You will gain exposure to a range of technologies and have the opportunity to further develop your skills.
