Senior Portal Services Analyst (Hybrid - Birmingham) - £40k - Legal SharePoint | HighQ | Portals | Data Migration | PowerBI | Power Platform | Microsoft Salary:  £40,000 Location: Birmingham (Hybrid) Are you an enthusiastic IT support professional, looking for a new challenge in your career? You will be able to demonstrate that you can work towards KPI's and comply with processes. Key Responsibilities Create new complex client portals using in house and third party technology Assist in the creation, documentation and implementation of product requests within the team Help to continually improve service requests by implementing tools and processes Form strong relationships within the team and the wider business Collaborate and share knowledge with the direct team and train others in the business who will be using the portals Suggest continuous improvements for the team, incorporating automation and AI Migrate portals from one technology to another and archive those no longer required The Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail Committed to providing outstanding service delivery Capable of using own initiative and working collaboratively with team Able to prioritise workload within a busy schedule Desired experience with: Reporting against KPI's and complying with processes HighQ SharePoint Power Platform PowerBI Microsoft Data Migration Data Cleansing Databases If you would like to be considered for this role, apply below or get in contact with Andrew Rose for further details.
