Implementation Manager

Role: Implementation Manager Salary: Up to £55,000 Location: Suffolk Type: Permanent Are you an experienced Implementation manager looking for a new opportunity? I have partnered with a fantastic business who are looking to add to the team. This will be a hands-on role and you will actively contribute to the implementation of projects while managing a small team of experienced implementation specialists. One of the key part of the role is ensuring that the communications and coordination with the clients is exemplary as our implementations are very much collaborative in nature. Implementation Manager required skills: * Manage the expectations of key project * You will be responsible for day-to-day management, resource planning and work allocation across your team * You will have strong client handling skills with the ability to flex their approach as client priorities change * You will be responsible for managing the scope of projects and you will liaise with the sales team or head of implementation when a client’s expectations are not in alignment with the agreed scope.
